Newton Feeder Station
(Completion of substation civils package )
Completion of the substation civils package including demolition, installation of foundation bases, ducting, drainage and earthing. Upon completion of the substation works, Foundation Solutions HV excavated, supplied and installed approximately 850m of 160mm diameter ducting, 110mm fibre ducting and 25mm sub ducting for fibre, along with reinstatement and duct proving.
Following the duct installation process, Foundation Solutions HV installed fibre cable and 25kv cable, carried out terminations, testing and full commissioning of all circuits.
